I have always seen the magic in the beach. Even though I grew up on the coast and could see across the Channel to France from my bedroom window, as a family we would spend endless holidays at British seaside resorts  and lose ourselves in the wonders around us. 

We never grew bored even on the windiest and wettest of days the seas were to be swum in, the cliffs to be climbed and the rock pools were an endless source of fun and fascination. 

As I grew up the draw of the sea never left me, as a media student the colours, form and architecture of the coast became inspiration for endless projects and subject matter. Once I graduated I worked as a teacher and journalist.

However, after planning my own seaside themed wedding and a holiday to North Devon, I decided to combine my childhood memories with my technical and artistic flair to select and produce a range of homeware that reflects the wonders of our coastline.

Growing up and living by the coast we spent endless days on the beach, fishing, rockpooling and generally having a great time.  It also meant our house was filled with lots of seaside home wear and nautical gifts. 

The love of all this never really went away and still now I love nothing more than hunting for hidden treasures on the beach, just that now those, hidden treasures are turned into Surfer Jewellery and SeaSide Home Wear.
